Materials
Small amount of Worsted Weight Yarn in Yellow Color
Oddments of Worsted Weight in Each of Dark Brown, Light Brown,
Plus Rust & Green Color Yarn for leaves
4.00mm crochet hook

GAUGE - Not applicable

Flower Motif - (Worked in rounds without turning) With 4.00mm hook and dark brown color yarn, ch4, sl st to first ch to form a ring, ch1, 8sc in ring, sl st to first sc. (8sc)

Row 2 - ch1, 2sc in each sc to end, sl st to first sc. (16sc) Fasten off.

Row 3 - Join in light brown color yarn, ch3, 1dc in base of ch3, dc2tog (see abbrev above)
in each sc to end, sl st to top of ch3 on beginning of row. (15, dc2tog, 1dc + ch3)
Fasten off. (This row may appear to be pulling slightly, but it will flatten out on next row)

Row 4 - Join in yellow color yarn to a dc2tog, ch3, (1dc, ch2, 2dc) in same dc2tog, * skip 1dc2tog, (2dc, ch2, 2dc) in next dc2tog, * rpt from * to * to last dc2tog, skip  last dc2tog,
sl st to top of ch3 on beginning of row. (8, Petals)

Row 5 - ch1, 1sc in space below (between petals), * (3dc, ch3, 1sc in first of ch3 just created, 3dc) in next petal, 1sc in space between next 2 petals, * rpt from * to * to end,
sl st to first sc. Fasten off.

Leaf (Make as many as is required in equal colors) - With green color yarn and 4.00mm
hook ch10, 3dc in 4th ch from hook, 1dc in each of next ch3, 1hdc in next ch, 1sc in next
ch,  (sl st, ch2, sl st) in last ch, (makes a point), working on opposite side of cast on ch,
work 1sc in next ch, 1hdc in next ch, 1dc in each of next ch3, 3dc in last ch, sl st to top of ch3. Fasten off.

Finishing - Sew in and tie off loose ends of yarn, attach leaves randomly to flower.
