2.50oz of Worsted Weight #3 Yarn
5.00mm & 4.00mm crochet hooks
4 decorative buttons

GAUGE - 5sc and 6 rows of sc's measures approx 1 Inch using a 4.00mm hook

Top - With 5.00mm ch12, change to 4.00mm hook, work 5dc in 7th ch from hook, skip 2ch's, 5dc in next ch, skip 2ch's, 1dc in last ch. Turn. (2, 5dc groups)

Next Row - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 5dc in centre dc of next 5dc group, 1sc in space between next two 5dc groups, 5dc in centre dc of next 5dc group, 1sc in top of ch4. Turn.

Pattern Row 1 - ch4, 5dc in centre dc of each of the next two 5dc groups, 1trc in last sc. Turn.

Pattern Row 2 - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 5dc in centre dc of next 5dc group, 1sc in space between next two 5dc groups, 5dc in centre dc of next 5dc group, 1sc in top of ch4. Turn.

Bottom - With 4.00mm hook, RS facing and working in row ends around the opposite side of cuff, re-join yarn to sl st seam, ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, work 57 more sc evenly around circle to end, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn. (58sc)

Next Row - ch1, 1sc in base of ch1, 1sc in each sc to end, sl st to first sc on beginning of row. Turn.

Rpt last row until 17sc rows have been worked in all or work measures approx 6 inches from top. Fasten off.

Finishing - Sew in and tie off loose ends of yarn, attach 2 decorative buttons to side of
each boot cuff.
