dtrf. Work dtr around front of the dtr on row below

dtrb. Work dtr around back of the dtr on row below

Base of ch. Work into first stitch

3ch counts as first tr

Approx size:- 5 Inches Wide x 56.5 Inches Long

Materials

50 grams of Stylecraft Special DK in Colour 1

25 grams of Stylecraft Special DK in Colour 2

50 grams of Stylecraft Special DK in Colour 3

5.50mm & 4.50mm crochet hooks

TENSION - 4tr and 5 rows of tr's measures approx 1 Inch

With 5.50mm hook and colour 1, make 236ch, change to 4.50mm hook, work 1tr into 4th

ch from hook, 1tr into each ch to end. Turn. (233tr + 3ch)

Next Row - 3ch, 1tr into next tr, * dtrb (see abbrev) around next tr, 1tr into each of next 5tr,

* rpt from * to * to last 2tr and 3ch to turn with, dtrb around next tr, 1tr into next tr, 1tr into top of 3ch. Turn.

Pattern Row 1 - 3ch, 1tr into next tr, * dtrf (see abbrev) around next dtr, 1tr into each of next 5tr, * rpt from * to * to last 2tr and 3ch to turn with, dtrf around next dtr, 1tr into next tr, 1tr into top of 3ch. Turn.

Pattern Row 2 - 3ch, 1tr into next tr, * dtrb around next dtr, 1tr into each of next 5tr, * rpt

from * to * to last 2tr and 3ch to turn with, dtrb around next dtr, 1tr into next tr, 1tr into top of 3ch. Turn.

Fasten off colour 1, join in colour 2 and rpt Pattern Rows 1 & 2 once. Fasten off.

Join in colour 3 and rpt Pattern Rows 1 & 2 twice. Turn.

Next Row - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each tr and dtr to end. Fasten off.

With RS facing, using 5.50mm hook and colour 1, return to cast on edge, work 1ch, 1dc

into base of 1ch, 1dc into each ch to end. Fasten off.

Finishing - Sew in and tie off loose ends of yarn.
