RS. Right Side

ch. Chain

dc. Double Crochet

tr. Treble Crochet

rpt. Repeat

ss. Slip Stitch

Base of ch. Work into first stitch

3ch counts as first tr

Finished size approx: 4.24” x 7.5”

Materials

20 grams of Patons 100% Cotton DK in Colour 1

20 grams of Patons 100% Cotton DK in Colour 2

5.00mm crochet hook

TENSION - 4dc and 5 rows measures approx 1 Inch using 5.00mm hook

Using colour 1 make a magic circle, with 5.00mm hook make 3ch, work 10tr into ring, pull loose yarn to close circle, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of row. Turn. (10tr + 3ch)

Row 2 - 1ch, 2dc into base of 1ch, 2dc into each tr to end, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn. (22dc)

Row 3 - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each dc to end, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn.

Row 4 - 1ch, 2dc into base of 1ch, * 1dc into next dc, 2dc into next dc, * rpt from * to * to last dc, work 1dc into last dc, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn. (33dc)

Rpt Row 3 until 8 rows have been worked from beginning. Fasten off.

Join in colour 2 and rpt Row 3 twenty times. Fasten off.

Join in colour 1 and rpt Row 3 ten times. Do not fasten off make 15ch, ss to base of 15ch for chain loop. Fasten off.

Finishing - Weave in any loose ends of yarn.
