Materials
20 grams of King Cole big value baby DK in lilac (017) colour 1
20 grams of King Cole big value baby DK in cream (046) colour 2
20 grams of King Cole big value baby DK in pink (006) colour 3
5.00mm & 4.50mm crochet hooks
TENSION - 4dc and 5 rows of dc's measure approx 1 Inch using 5.00mm hook

With 5.00mm hook make 28ch, 3dc into 2nd ch from hook, 1dc into each of next 25ch,
6dc into last ch, working along opposite side of cast on ch, work 1dc into each of
next 25ch, 3dc into last ch, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn. (62dc)
Row 2 to 6 - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each dc to end, ss to first dc.
Turn.
Change to 4.50mm hook.
Row 7 - 3ch, (1tr, 2ch, 1dc) into base of 3ch, * miss 2dc, (2tr, 2ch, 1dc) into next
dc, * rpt from * to * to last dc, miss last dc, ss to top of 3ch on beginning of
row. Turn. (21, 2ch spaces)
Pattern Row - 3ch, miss 1dc, (1tr, 2ch, 1dc) into first 2ch space, * miss 2tr and
dc, (2tr, 2ch, 1dc) into next 2ch space, * rpt from * to * to end, miss 1tr, ss to
top of 3ch on beginning of row. Turn.
Rpt Pattern Row in colour sequence as follows:-
Once in colour 1
Six times in colour 2
Three times in colour 3
Change to 5.00mm hook.
Row 19 - 1ch, * miss next dc, 1dc into next (2ch space and 2tr's) * rpt from * to
* to last 2ch space and tr, 1dc into 2ch space and tr, ss to first dc on beginning
of row. Turn. (62dc)
Row 20 - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each dc to end, ss to first dc. Turn.
Rpt last row twice.
Row 23 - (Bag Handles) 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each of next 10dc, make
11ch, miss 11dc, work 1dc into each of next 20dc, make 11ch, miss 11dc, 1dc into
each of next 10dc, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn.
Row 24 - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each dc to first 11ch space, work 11dc
into 11ch space, 1dc into each dc to second 11ch space, 11dc into 11ch space, 1dc
into each dc to end, ss to first dc on beginning of row. Turn. (62dc)
Row 25 - 1ch, 1dc into base of 1ch, 1dc into each dc to end, ss to first dc on beginning
of row. Turn. Fasten off.
Finishing - Close small gap on starting chain (where you worked 6dc into), weave
in and trim loose ends of yarn, attach decorative embellishments of your choice.
